I have 18 YEARS' extensive experience in sales and marketing. For the past 9 years I have been an ENTREPRENEUR.
I am especially passionate about CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and finding new ways to WOW and ENGAGE people by utilising new tools that fast developing DIGITALISATION provides, whilst never forgetting the REAL CONNECTION between people. I'm INTUITIVE and EMPATHIC people person.PROBLEM SOLVING and DEVELOPING NEW gets me excited.
By sharing my own knowledge and experiences, I also hope to make others' professional journeys a bit easier.
★ I developed digital online course concepts and e-commerce.
★ I designed, created and operated my own wellness concept store, LAVLI LIVING ROOM. The concept combined shopping, training and events, serving both consumers and businesses. The concept itself was a success and superior customer experience wasgained.
★ I opened the Finnish market(S Group /Prisma) for American Gaiam yoga and wellness products.
★ I introduced Australian activewear brand, Lorna Jane, to a Finnish market from scratch. Operated and managed e-commerce for 5 years.
★ I have organised a few hundred events, from pop up wellness events to workshops, and to international seminars and exhibitions.
★ I piloted Flightplan software for helicopter operators in Australia and New Zealand as a 1-woman organisation.
★ I have created (Lavli) and renewed brands (Nordic Fit Mama, Marinetek) and was responsible for brand management and localisation in 15 different countries (Marinetek).
