Experiential wellbeing design focuses on creating impactful experiences that are both functional and emotionally resonant. It blends physical and digital elements, art and structure, aesthetics and human-centered thinking to shape experiences that engage people on multiple levels. The aim is to enhance people’s wellbeing through atmosphere, connection, and meaningful programs or services.

Lavli Living Room concept store opened in Helsinki in 2016, combining activewear retail, boutique training, wellbeing events, art, and community into one layered ecosystem. It was an early example of immersive, human-centered experiential design within a retail environment. Although the concept was short-lived due to timing and limited resources, it proved that when aesthetics, multi-sensory experiences, engaging services, and emotional intention align, a commercial space can become something truly meaningful.
